Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with Valio Solutions. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and available to legitimate creative and commercial users. Breaching it may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund, and reporting to authorities where required.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use Valio to generate, upload, or distribute:
- Adult, sexual, or pornographic content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material.
- Deepfakes or synthetic likenesses of real, identifiable people without their consent, including face-swapping, impersonation, and “nudify” or undressing tools.
- Content sexualising or endangering minors in any form. This is strictly prohibited and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Non-consensual, defamatory, or harassing depictions of any individual.
- Content that is violent, graphic, or promotes self-harm, terrorism, or hate against protected groups.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights or misuses third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted characters.
- Content designed to deceive, defraud, or spread disinformation, including fake identities, documents, or currency.
- Anything otherwise unlawful in the jurisdictions where you or your audience are located.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer our safety filters or rate limits.
- Reselling or redistributing raw platform access in a way that circumvents these terms.
- Using automated means to overload or disrupt the service.
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing prohibited use by others.
3. Moderation & enforcement
We use a combination of automated filtering and human review. We may block prompts or outputs, review content for compliance, remove violating material, and suspend or terminate accounts. We cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
4. Reporting misuse
If you believe content or an account violates this policy, report it to support@valiosolutions.com. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and how you use generated output — including obtaining any consents or licences needed, and complying with the laws that apply to you.
