Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable US law.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we receive limited details such as the last four digits of your card and billing country. We do not store full card numbers.
• Content data: the prompts you enter and images you upload, and the outputs you generate.
• Usage & technical data: log data, IP address, device and browser information, and analytics about how you use the service.

2. How we use your data

• To provide, operate, and improve the service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and moderate content for safety and legal compliance.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service and prevent abuse), consent (for optional marketing, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (e.g. tax and accounting records).

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with that provider and are subject to its privacy policy; we never receive or store your full card details.

5. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email), under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. 9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the service and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of significant incidents where required.

11. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
